Thomas Wachholz (b. 1984, Germany; lives and works in Cologne) studied under Katharina Grosse and Marcel Odenbach at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, Germany. He has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions at institutions and galleries worldwide, such as Nymphius Projekte, Berlin; Roberts & Tilton, Los Angeles; Raebervon Stenglin, Zurich and An der Shanz 1A, Cologne.
David Renggli was born in 1974 in Zurich, Switzerland. His recent solo and two-person shows include Cha Cha Cha, Nino Mier Gallery, Los Angeles (2021); SUV Paintings, Wentrup, Berlin (2020); Bongos at the Lido, Villa Merkel, Esslingen, Germany (2020); Florian Meisenberg & David Renggli, Wentrup, Berlin (2019); Mid-Century Consensus, Chez Valentin, Paris, France (2018); and Mulholland Melody, Wentrup, Berlin (2017). He is the recipient of the Swiss Art Award (2011, 2007), The Art Grant of the town of Zurich (2007, 2005, 2006), and the UBS Young Art Award (2007). Renggli is collected by institutions such as Kunsthaus Zurich, Switzerland; Kunstmuseum Berne, Switzerland; Kunstsammlung Chemnitz, Germany; Migros Museum, Zurich; FRANC Nord de Palais, Dunkerque, France; and Bächler Stiftung, Zurich, among others. He lives and works in Zurich, Switzerland and Texas, USA.
